To help homeowners prepare, we’ve put together a list of things to do before the summer heat really picks up. Follow along and see if you’ve done all these!
During gusty fall and winter days, debris is tossed around and deposited. Often times, debris is built up around your condenser and needs to be cleared. While clearing away debris, this is a good time to take a look at your unit. Look around the condenser and see if there has been any visible damage. Remember, these are finely tuned pieces of equipment. If you see potential damage, don’t try to make any repairs or adjustments yourself. Get a certified Maki technician to look at it for you.
